How is the price estimate formed?


Jaakko searches the internet for comparison sites, researches the market situation in the area and combines all the information he finds with Jaakko.com's own data. As a result, you get:

  • Clear justifications
  • Benchmarks
  • Regional and market information
  • Source links so you can see where the information was obtained and what the assessment is based on


This functionality is especially useful when you are considering selling your home, but you can also try out the price of your own home just out of curiosity. Whether your home is in Helsinki, Rovaniemi, Los Angeles, Tokyo or anywhere else – Jaakko can help.

How do I get a price estimate?


  • Find an interesting house on the housing map and press the "General price estimate for the apartment" button.
  • Please provide at least the number of rooms and area of the property being evaluated – the more information you provide, the more accurate the analysis you will get.
  • Press the Start Assessment button
  • The report will be completed in about 20 minutes and can then be found in the My Account menu.
