Jaakko.com is a new kind of service that connects buyers and sellers more easily than ever, without any commitments. If you can't find an interesting item in the current services or are considering selling without a heavy and complicated process, Jaakko.com offers a simple and efficient way for a new kind of trading.

Users can also chat, share information and photos, and ask questions about any building. Chatting can help you learn more about different sites and gain valuable insight from other users.

How does Jaakko.com work?

- Select a house on the map and express your interest in buying or selling with the click of a button. Other users will only see that someone from the house may be ready to chat – nothing more. If you want, you can add additional information and photos to your selling interest, so buyers can immediately get the best idea of the property directly in the housing feed.

- When there is mutual interest, you will receive a notification via email, and the parties will have the opportunity to chat directly in the service.

- Everything is completely anonymous at first – your email address will only be shared if you decide to respond to the other party's contact or send a message yourself.

- You can start the conversation by, for example, telling what interests you, such as "I could sell 2h" or "I'm looking for a family apartment in a house".

- You can remove your interest at any time with the click of a button, and you will no longer be contacted.

- You can delete any conversation at any time. This will stop you from receiving messages from that person.

- Jaakko.com is intended for creating connections – the service does not participate in actual trading and does not verify the identities of the parties.

- Always verify the identity of the counterparty before making decisions or payments. This can be done, for example, by meeting face-to-face or by requesting official documents.

- If necessary, use experts, such as a broker or lawyer, to ensure a safe transaction.

- Messages must not contain offensive, illegal, harassing or false statements, or any content that violates laws or good customs.

- Jaakko.com reserves the right to remove discussions and users who violate the service's rules or good manners.

- By following these instructions, you ensure that using the service is safe and comfortable for all parties.

Since styling is powered by AI, there may occasionally be small changes to details or structures. The final decision about a property should always be made after visiting it in person.

Discussions and sharing of images in the service are anonymous, but require a Jaakko ID. Discussions must follow good manners and must not mention your own or others' names or other contact information. Furthermore, discussions must not contain offensive, illegal, disturbing or false statements, or any content that violates laws or good manners.

In collaboration with developers, Jaakko also makes new properties available to buyers that are not yet on the market – not even under construction. This is an opportunity to reserve and influence even before pre-marketing begins. These properties cannot be found elsewhere.

You can show your interest with a single click of the Interested button – pressing the button does not bind you to anything. You can then chat directly with the developer, ask questions, influence and book in advance.

The map-based interface allows you to explore buildings, chat, and express interest in buying or selling anywhere in the world. If a property does not have an exact address (summer cottages on islands, etc.), they are still partially missing from the service.

The basic functions of the service are free of charge, but certain features and additional services (e.g. photo styling) may be subject to a fee in the future. Free use of the service does not obligate you to anything in the future.
